The exhibition will be held from 17 to 19 March 2026.

What are the opening hours?

Tuesday and Wednesday: from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Thursday: from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

How can I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online after registration (click here). Tickets will be available soon.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Tickets can be purchased using credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PostePay) or via PayPal and Satispay.

Can I access the event without registering online?

Online registration before visiting is recommended, but ticket offices will also be available on site.

Can non-industry visitors enter the event?

Access is reserved for industry professionals only. Industry professionals include operators from bars, tobacconists, public venues, casinos, shopping centres, multiplexes, maritime transport companies (cruise ships and ferries), distributors, hotels, holiday resorts, import/export companies, betting shops and collection centres, gaming halls, amusement venues, billiard halls, bingo halls, FECs and technical maintenance professionals.

Can someone who is not yet an industry professional but wants to become one visit the event?

Yes, access is allowed by purchasing a ticket.

Is re-entry allowed with the same badge or ticket?

No, re-entry is not permitted once you leave the exhibition grounds.

Are minors allowed to enter? Do they pay a reduced ticket?

No, admission is not permitted to visitors under the age of 18.

Do visitors with disabilities need to purchase a ticket?

Admission is free of charge for visitors with disabilities and for their accompanying persons.

Free tickets can be collected at the dedicated desk directly at the exhibition centre. Documentation certifying the disability must be presented.

Are dogs allowed inside the exhibition centre?

The exhibition environment is not suitable for animals. However, small dogs are allowed if kept on a leash and wearing a muzzle.

Is the exhibition centre fully accessible to people with disabilities?

Rimini Exhibition Centre offers easy access and comfortable use of the venue for visitors with disabilities, providing the following services:
 

Reserved parking spaces
Entrances easily accessible via ramps
Push-opening doors
Single-level exhibition halls, all directly connected
Spacious refreshment areas allowing free movement
Properly equipped restroom facilities
Conference rooms located on the upper floor, accessible by lift
Railway station on the Milan–Bari line, accessible by lift
Mobility aids (manual wheelchairs) available for booking during the event days

Are wheelchairs available at the exhibition centre?

Rimini Exhibition Centre offers free mobility aids (manual wheelchairs), available upon reservation during the event days.

 

To request a reservation, please download the formcomplete it and send it by email to HELP DESK (helpdesk.rn@iegexpo.it). You will receive a booking confirmation.
 

Wheelchairs can be collected at the infirmary of the agreed entrance upon presentation of a valid ID document (mandatory for collection) and must be returned at the end of the day, even if the reservation is for multiple days.

Is there a cloakroom service?

A cloakroom service is available at a cost of €5.00.

Are there bars inside the exhibition centre?

Yes, refreshment bars are available near the entrances open for the event.

Is free Wi-Fi available?

Yes, free FreeWiFi is available throughout the entire exhibition centre with open access.
